Solomon Cordwell Buenz & Associates Inc. has a long history of designing successful multifamily residential communities. Over the past 70 years, the firm has been involved with projects ranging from large-scale urban redevelopments to ultra-luxury, high-rise condominium communities in locations throughout the United States, including Chicago (many projects ranging from 1969's Sandburg Village urban revitalization project to the 2003 ultra-luxury The Fordham), San Francisco (One Embarcadero South) and others. Reinforcing a commitment to sustainability, the firm's newest high-rise luxury residential project, Chicago's 62-story 340 On The Park (with LR Development), has been designed to achieve an eventual LEED 2.0 certification.
